She speaks with passion about small businesses, describing them as the backbone of every community, and she lights up when talking about the young professionals she mentors through her company. Irene doesn’t just run Creative Impact Solutions; she lives its purpose. Every decision reflects her belief that success is measured not only by results but by the lives changed along the way.
Her career path is anything but ordinary. Irene’s experience spans healthcare, real estate, construction, mental health, and more. A journey that gave her a unique perspective on how businesses work and what people truly need to thrive. That diverse background allows her to serve both small startups and large organizations with equal confidence, blending creativity and strategy into solutions that deliver real impact. Under her leadership, CIS has become a space where clients feel heard, employees feel valued, and growth knows no borders.
Shane Williams
Web Developer & UX Designer
Shane Williams is a Senior UX Designer, Web Developer, and Solutions Architect at Creative Impact Solutions (CIS), where he specializes in building scalable, user-centered web applications and high-performance digital platforms. With expertise in full-stack development and UX/UI design, Shane helps design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals while delivering seamless user experiences. His work focuses on creating secure, efficient, and intuitive systems that support long-term digital growth.
Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Colorado State University. He chose to pursue web development out of a passion for solving complex problems through technology and designing digital experiences that make a real impact. At CIS, he collaborates closely with designers, strategists, and clients to architect and develop modern digital solutions that help organizations innovate and grow online.
Ernesto Barrientos
Web Developer
Ernesto Barrientos is a Web Developer focused on building and maintaining modern websites and web applications that deliver reliable performance and intuitive user experiences. His work involves supporting the development, optimization, and maintenance of digital platforms, helping ensure websites remain efficient, secure, and well-structured while meeting the needs of organizations and their users.
Ernesto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development from Universidad Francisco Gavidia in El Salvador. He has contributed to system implementation and technical documentation and has also worked on projects for businesses and organizations. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong understanding of web platforms, hosting environments, and digital performance optimization, while continuing to grow professionally and expand his skills as a developer focused on creating efficient and scalable digital solutions.
Daniel Martinez
Web Developer & IT
Daniel Martinez is an IT Specialist and Web Developer working with Creative Impact Solutions (CIS) as a contractor since November 2025. Born in Costa Rica, Daniel brings strong technical expertise with over 8 years of experience in IT and 7 years in web development, supporting the development, optimization, and maintenance of reliable digital platforms for CIS clients.
Daniel graduated from the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) and chose to pursue a career in technology because of his deep passion for innovation and the constant evolution of the tech industry. He enjoys building solutions that improve how businesses operate online while continuously expanding his technical knowledge. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys traveling and watching football, embracing opportunities to explore new cultures while staying connected to his passion for technology.

With over 15 years of experience in finance, Mandy brings strong expertise in financial administration, vendor management, and payment operations, helping ensure the organization maintains solid financial processes and accountability.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico (UNM) and has been a dedicated member of the CIS team since the company was founded. Mandy truly enjoys working in finance and takes pride in maintaining organized and reliable financial systems that support the company’s stability and growth. Her attention to detail, consistency, and long-term commitment make her a key pillar of the Creative Impact Solutions team.
